Barcelona cruise past BATE as they ease into the round of 16

Barcelona cruised to the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League with a comprehensive 3-0 victory over BATE at Camp Nou. The Europeans champions made light work of the Belarusian champions as they are still finding their feet in the absence of Lionel Messi. Neymar and Suarez have been in blistering from since Messi's injury and the duo were the tormentors-in-chief yet again.
Neymar opened the scoring from the penalty spot before Suarez double their lead from a Neymar assist. Neymar again rounded off the scoring as Suarez finished off a rampant counter attack by putting the ball on a plate for Neymar to slot home into the empty net. The results sends Barcelona through to the knockout stages as they look to become the first team ever to retain the UEFA Champions League.
