But Juventus want to keep hold of the 23-year-old and have offered him a bumper new contract to try and convince him to stay.
“There is a lot of talk about Paul’s future, but maybe he will not leave Juventus,” Raiola told The Times
“Paul is not desperate to move. We are very happy at Juventus and they are a club that want to keep their star players.”
The Times claim Juventus have offered Pogba a new five-year contract worth at least £130,000-a-week.
That is considerably less than United are believed to be willing to pay the midfielder - it was claimed last week he would earn over £210,000-a-week after tax with the Red Devils.
Jose Mourinho wants Pogba to be his fourth, and perhaps final, signing of the summer.
He has already added defender Eric Bailly, midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan and striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic to his squad.
