World No 1 and two-time defending champion Novak Djokovic is through to the 3rd round of the Paris masters. He faced Brazilian Thomas Belluci and won 7-5, 6-3 comfortably in straight sets to
advance to the 3rd round of the competition. The victory was his 5th out of 5 meetings against Bellucci. The first set was tight affair with Djokovic broken early on before he recovered and broke Belluci twice to seal the opener. The 2nd set was more straight forward however. Djokovic is looking for an unprecedented 3rd consecutive title here in Paris before the ATP finals next week to cap off an incredible tennis season.
