Van Der Burgh wins World Cup series


South African swimming sensation Cameron Van Der Burgh was on top of the world as he claimed the first position on the ranking table based on points accumulated over the last 7 legs as well as the
$100,000 prize money. He confirmed it by winning the gold medal in the 100m breast stroke with a time of 59.05 and is now unbeaten in 24 consecutive appearances in the 50m and 100m breast stroke combined, since taking silver in Singapore in 2009.
