According to reports from Manchester Evening News and The
Sun, Sunderland are targeting Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini
for a summer transfer.
David Moyes has signed the Belgium international twice
before, firstly for Everton in 2008 and secondly for the Red Devils in 2013.
The 6 foot 4 midfielder has become a maligned figure at Old
Trafford, deemed by many as a poor fit for the 13-time champions’ historic
style of play
Manchester Evening News and The Sun are both now reporting
that Moyes is actively seeking a reunion with the 28-year-old at the Stadium of
Light.
It’s further added that a £13million transfer bid could be
enough to seal the deal, with Fellaini’s contract now into its final two years.
The former Everton man boasts 202 appearances in the Premier
League, scoring 32 goals.
